Learn how to manage your hive after winter and how to make a successful split. \nTopics we will cover: \n\nColony health evaluation\nSpring cleaning\nEquipment requirements for Spring build up\nNutrient support and supplements\nMethods of making a split\nSwarm management\nBait hives and swarm catching\nVarroa mite management\n\nIf the weather permits\, we will buzz up to the apiary for a hands on demonstration of these topics. Please bring your personal protective gear and a snack. \n10 am – 2pm
